First of all there is no air conditioning but if you want it you have to pay for it. In the apartment you get cups to make tea or coffee but there is no kettle, you have to hire one from reception. The furniture in the apartments is old. The food was the same everyday. The fridge was broken, the chairs on the balcony were broken and the cleaner cleaned the apartment in 5 minutes.

Apartments were very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, pool area was very good. What let our holiday down was the dingy makeshift tented food court! I wasn't expecting 5 star as that isn't what I paid for but the total lack any effort in presentation of where we had to eat was a big let down. Having to fight off flies and shoo away cats made eating a bit of a nightmare too! The food was well cooked but repetitive, also there wasn't much on offer for the kids in the "all-inclusive, no ice lollies or ice creams. If we were to go back it would probably be as self catering.

This was our 9th visit back to Granada Park, the staff are friendly and remember your drinks at the bar. Reception staff are fantastic, they will do all they can to help you. Apartments are a great size with a lovely roof terrace on some. As it was our 9th visit I think it says it all.

Apartments are lovely and the whole complex is clean and has lots of character but unfortunately the beds were hard. Many complaints were made about this and the food was very poor. The rooms would benefit by having air conditioning. If these issues were dealt with this could easily be 4*.

When we arrived we was informed that we had been doubled booked so we had to go to another hotel for 3 nights. First impression was shock they was very sorry for overbooking us. The hotel we had to go to was an amazing 20 yards across the road. Oasis golf resort we was told that we was all inclusive at the Oasis as we was in the Granada Park then we got told that when we return to Granada Park we would be upgraded to premium room and drinks, free safe and could stay in the room on our return date 'til 6pm as we was leaving at 6.30pm. Time from arriving at Granada park to checking in at oasis was 30 mins that's the quickest check in I've ever had. The Oasis is an outstanding hotel food staff drinks entertainment cant be faulted. Whilst we was at the Oasis we were able to go to the Granada Park for premium drinks. Once we ckecked in at Granada Park (15 minutes) staff were amazing. We were taken to our room, top floor (3 story high) it was great. We had our own roof top terrace, again can't fault anything treated like kings as were all the guests. Only thing I would knock is the DJ he was not very good but entertainment area was always busy. Will gladly go again next April, well done Granada Park and Oasis Golf.

The Granada Park Apartments are definitely not a 4 Star complex, rating it as 3 Star would be pushing it. The complex is very large and very dated. Rooms are spacious but not very clean, the cleaners come on a random basis and some of the towels supplied are dreadful.

The food is very basic and choices are poor, main courses alternating from chicken to pork each day. Dessert choices were very poor. Also the dining area is very cramped and at lunch time they insisted on closing all the doors which turned the dining area into an oven with temperatures outside at 32 degrees. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant and their reason for shutting the doors was to stop the flies coming in.

Pool area was okay with some new sun loungers. They only have one bar which served drinks for the pool area during the day and for the evening entertainment. The bar got very busy at night with very long queues and you were only allowed 2 drinks per person for all inclusive. Entertainment was very good. Staff are very friendly. The complex was very noisy at times during the day and at night with very rowdy guests (stag parties etc). I would definitely not go back to this complex again and would not recommend it to anyone either.

Rooms very spacious and clean, pool water also very clean. New and comfortable sun loungers, food was very good despite reading bad reviews. Friendly staff. Location a little distance from the town but we knew this already.

Food was just about average, the rooms were ok but the entertainment if you can call it that was very poor consisting of dancers, Karaoke singers impersonating Bob Marley who kept forgetting their words and reptile and parrot shows where the main interest was to get you to pay 10 euro to have your photo taken with the animals. It is a 20 to 30 minute walk from Los Cristianos and Americas and up a hill so ok walking down but a taxi ride back. Hen and stag parties make it noisy until after mid night even though the bar closes at 11.

Granada Park was probably a nice hotel 15 years ago! Everything is very tired looking or damaged. For example all the sun loungers look very old and most had holes all over, there were very few parasols and the ones they did have were badly damaged and in need of replacing, nearly took our eyes out on a couple of them! Also there was a mini golf course which there was no way you could play on, the felt was so ripped and old looking. Granada Park is also definitely a self catering resort which isn't great as you are in the middle of nowhere. We were all inclusive and mostly lived out of the on site supermarket if we were not eating out. As it was so far away from anything we had to make do with the lunch which if you like salad, chips and watery pasta you would be fine, but this does get boring! The saving grace for us was the rooms and although they were also old and needing a good clean/refurb they were really big and we made the most of it! It was like a one bedroom apartment with balcony and then you had an upstairs balcony! If our room had been like the rest of the hotel we would have had to move! We had stayed in a hotel this far away from main areas before but was not a problem as hotel and food were great, we booked this thinking it sounded same - it really was not a patch on it and we got out the hotel at every opportunity! A small amount of the staff were ok and the maids were lovely but most of the bar staff were very rude, on one instance I was left standing in the middle of my order (my drink was poured at draught and just needed handed over to me) while the bar staff went to go get the lifeguard cutlery, also if you asked for anything not included with all inclusive you were told it was not included as they looked down their nose at your band, you had to then go on to say yes this ok and show them you had money!

Granada Park Apartment was a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing and tried really hard to cater to all our needs. The room was very clean and the cleaner changed our towels as often as required. There is a pleasant atmosphere and all the other guests were nice. There is a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which is a nice touch. There is enough sun loungers but more umbrellas are definitely needed. This hotel is definitely family friendly but I think a children's disco is needed. The food is pleasant and there was some choice but there could be improvements. I would say I really enjoyed my time at Granada Park and would definitely return.

The rooms were lovely apartments, very big, consisting of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies (which was great as we were all inclusive).
The rooms were cleaned everyday apart from Tuesday, fresh towels on the days our apartment was clean.
Pool was big and clean, plenty of sun loungers for everyone, there was also a kids pool. Entertainment at night was ok, better than nothing, kids club seemed to keep the kids entertained. Location was great, directly between Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas, taxis could be ordered from reception and were there within minutes, pretty much 5 euro to anywhere. Finally the food, was all nice and an ok selection, always a fish dish, a meat dish and a pasta dish, plenty of salads. Drinks choice on the all inclusive wasn't great, but did the job. Snacks were pretty poor, always chips or something potato based, got a bit boring after a couple of days. All in all a great hotel which I would recommend to couples and families.

A lovely place, with a fantastic size pool. Staff very helpful and the entertainment lads were very entertaining. I paid extra for a pool view and could just about see the pool. Friends who also came out did not pay the extra for the pool view and overlooked the pool with a fantastic view. The towels in the apartments needed to be replaced, they were very thin.
