Ideally situated in the village of Pirgi, on the edge of Ipsos and just 150 metres from the beach. The nearest supermarket is only 100-metres away and the resort centre bars and restaurants are approx 200 metres. It is approx 16km to Corfu Airport.
Facilities
Annaliza Aparthotel has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace and lawned area furnished with loungers, parasols, tables and chairs and a pool-side bar with indoor and outdoor seating.
The bar serves breakfasts in the morning and light meals and snacks throughout the day. There is also a lounge with satellite TV and a games area with a pool table and video games.
The hotel has parking spaces and further services include 24-hour reception, safe deposit box hire, tourist information and free WiFi hotspots.
Rooms
Spread over two buildings; the main building consists of 36 apartments and the annexe consists of 10 apartments and 4 studios.
All apartments have a twin bedded room, a sitting room with 2 sofa-beds, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 2 cooking rings and kettle, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, large balcony, satellite TV and air conditioning (local charge). Studios do not have a separate bedroom.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
