Riu Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort boasts an aquapark with 7 slides, a Spa and an indoor sports centre with multi-sports courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and football. The Spa features an indoor swimming pool, Turkish baths, jacuzzis, saunas and 20 treatment rooms. The Riu Kaya complex is also home to a tennis centre with 25 courts, 4 football pitches and an 18 hole golf course (both of which host a number of tournaments throughout the year).
Entertainment for children and teenagers is provided for ages 4-12 ad 13-16. The clubs have a teenagers games hall (local charge) and for the youngsters there is a play garden, kids pool and activity room with theatre and mini discos in the evening.
Social and dining venues include the main restaurant, 4 a la Carte restaurants, a patisserie and a snack restaurant. The main restaurant offers at buffets a breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as brunch and a night buffet in the summer. The A la Carte restaurants specialise in steak, Asian, Italian and Lebanese dishes. There are also 5 bars; a pool-side bar, a lounge bar, the pier bar, a cigar lounge and a nightclub.
Other facilities available are 24 hour reception. There is also room service, in house doctor, baby-sitting services, services for the disabled, Internet cafe, dry-cleaning and laundry, hairdresser, TV room, back up power systems and alarm service (all with local charges).

The hotel is perfect and amazing hotel. I didn't see hotel like this, it was very elegantly and the food was fabulous. I am very happy for my trip.

Food was terrible. Limited restaurants. Massive communication problem. The staff just couldn't understand or speak English. Entertainment was very disappointing.

My garden room was very nice. Kept very clean by the staff. Hotel staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Mini bar in room restocked daily and included in price of holiday was a very nice touch.

The whole place is spotless. The service and staff are first class. Rooms are clean and well serviced. We liked adult dining part in the restaurant also the adult pool area.
