The facilities and services provided may be found at either the Sineva Park or Sineva Beach.
The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool with childrens pool and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers, umbrellas and a pool bar. There is also a restaurant with terrace, a snack bar, lobby bar, beach bar and a disco.
Leisure facilities and activities include a children's playground, kids club (ages 4-12yrs), fitness gym, mini-golf, table tennis, volleyball, darts, Bocce, water aerobics, and an entertainment programme with organised activities during the day and entertainment in the evenings at the amphitheatre.
Guests will also find a reception area with safe deposit box rental and lift access (Sineva Beach).
Facilities chargeable locally include a hair-salon, tennis courts, billiards, internet corner, sauna, massages and the disco.

The All Inclusive programme consists of all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main restaurant. The hotel offers a themed buffet several times a week, during lunch and dinner, soft drinks, beer and wine are served.
A late-risers Continental breakfast is available until 11am, a choice of snacks are available at the pool bar. Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes are offered between 3pm and 5pm. Ice-cream is available between 9am and 11pm
A selection of locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served at the pool and lobby bars at both hotels from 10am to 11pm.

Burgas Airport is approximately 35 km from the resort and Varna Airport around 65 km from the resort.

Could do with a bit more entertainment in the evenings, we were the only English in the the hotel, but were made to feel very welcome, especially by the animation team.
Could not fault the food, hotel and grounds very clean! Rooms lovely.
