This was my 6th stay at the hotel and as always, it was perfect in every way. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The accommodation was spotless and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Hotel is family run. Rooms are clean, tidy but basis. Pool area fantastic. Good choice of meals and breakfast freshly made on request. Easily accessible to main resort of Calis Beach.

We stayed at the Pelin in July and October. Fabulous pool and pool bar area, very helpful staff, plenty of sun loungers although quiet when we were there, we have been when its busy and no problems. Stayed bed and breakfast, food was good with a good selection and fresh omelets and pancakes made to order. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The only thing to consider is the hotel is on the wrong side of a now quite busy road which is often difficult to cross and the lighting on the approach to the hotel could be better as the pavements are uneven. Having said that we would go again.

Staff are wonderful, really helpful and always available. Rooms are basic but adequate and the cleaning staff work very hard to keep the rooms clean. Hotel pool is one of the biggest in Calis and kept really clean with plenty of sunbeds to go round. Prices for drinks and food at the pool bar are the same as the front in Calis itself which is great as hotel prices usually are a little more expensive. We had a fabulous 2 weeks and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I've knocked a star off my rating because the charge card system they use does not seem to work properly so I would suggest you settle your account daily and not wait to the last day of your holiday.

Quite limited facilities. Cleanliness not an issue, staff polite but not outgoing. Location a little inconvenient due to the busy road which you need to cross to get to the resort. Good but not great.
