Happily stayed here quite a few times. It is basic no frills, good size pool although no shallow end, enough sun loungers and brolly's, but no small tables for drinks etc. The rooms are clean however now are sadly in need of updating as is the whole hotel. A simple toaster at breakfast would be good instead of taking it to kitchen staff to toast. The breakfast is basic, Turkish but plenty of it, location is good for town. Hotel staff are pleasant enough but one waiter in restaurant this time was rather immature and rude. Overall it's a basic decent place that's desperately in need of some tlc. Having seen that room prices have gone up significantly for 2017 there are now cheaper nicer alternatives both hotels and apartments.

Great cheap hotel, clean basic rooms. The cleaner is a lovely friendly lady. The staff are friendly too but the only down side is the pool area - the pool never looks like it has been cleaned although I have seen it being done. We have been staying there for 6 years now and I think only one year the pool was actually clean - 2 years ago under new management at that time last year and again this year the pump/filters have been broken causing the issue of murky water. Also even at the shallow end I have to stand on my tiptoes and I'm 5'10.

I really loved my stay at Patio, the first night I had a noisy room but they were great about changing me into a quieter room the next day. Everyone was really friendly and the location is great. Pool area is always clean with plenty of sunbeds and breakfast is yummy.

Patio hotel is in a great location in Dalyan but it's in desperate need of a refurb. it's a shame as the restaurant staff and Gonul the cleaner work their socks off. The mattresses need replacing, they were grim and I ended up with a bad back. The breakfast also needed some variation. I found the hotel quiet and in a peaceful area but I wouldn't stay there again which is a shame. I had a great holiday though. Dalyan is beautiful and I'll be back!

Very basic but very clean. The staff are brilliant and cannot do enough for you. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but good hotel in Dalyan.

I enjoyed my 2 week stay at this hotel, rooms are basic but cleaned regularly, the staff are very helpful and friendly and their restaurant is first class. All round great value for money.

You get what you pay for. Room very basic but clean. Could do with better quality furniture and a bedside light would be good. Didn't eat at hotel in the evening but breakfast was adequate. Would have spent more time there but nearby there were cheaper and better quality restaurants and bars. Location good as a base to walk to the rest of Dalyan. Owners not very friendly towards us as we spent time (and money) elsewhere.

The rooms are clean, looked after but slightly small when there's two girls getting ready for a night, not a lot a cupboard space either. The staff are very kind and helpful to get you things you need but we did find that we weren't that important when we were getting to our last few days. Swimming pool is one of the best I've see in Dalyan just sometimes need a few more sun loungers.
