The hotel features a large outdoor swimming pool and a sun-terrace furnished with loungers. There is also a wellness centre with indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and a range of spa treatments.
Further leisure facilities include two paddle tennis courts, a tennis court and an indoor football field. A mini club is also featured on site for little ones. Evening entertainment is provided for all ages, including themed parties.
Buffet-style meals are served at the Riviera Maya Restaurant. For drinks, guests can head over to La Bonita Cafe and La Choza Bar.

Special Information
From November 2012 the Spanish Government will impose a fee for all stays in hotels, apartments, villas, rural and camping locations. Nice hotel, friendly staff, not bad and drinks ok. Bit of a shame they shut off the bar at 11:45 even though it states 12 in the brochures.

This is a nice hotel but not all aspects of it are 4 Star, the rooms are lovely, spacious and the cleaning staff are extremely hard working and do a good job. The swimming pool is a good size, with plenty of sunbeds available. However, a lot of the sunbeds need replacing as they are past their best. The evening food is certainly not 4 star standard, the breakfast is great, plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, egg, bacon, lots of lovely bread. The evening meal is below standard and I think it was not worth the money I paid for this hotel, some of the main courses were very unappetising and well below standard a 4 Star Hotel. Most guests were all inclusive and we were half board, would only go Bed & Breakfast if I were to return.

This was our third visit to the backend. Spotlessly clean. A friendly hotel with many staff who have worked there for years. We were in a superior room with a rainforest shower and comfortable beds. No kettle but I had brought my own this year! Entertainment in Spanish but many willing to help us at bingo! Just loved this hotel. Never overcrowded round the pool and a short stroll from the beach.

Very clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Evening entertainment was disappointing (only a quiz or bingo). Not much food variety.
