Facilities

The swimming pool at the Exotica Hotel is certainly the main attraction with water games, sun loungers and a separate children's pool. There is also a large children's play-area, children's disco, mini football, volleyball, table tennis and pool table.

The hotel also offers a poolside snack bar, breakfast room and entertainment with live singers, Greek dancers and karaoke.

Hotel services include reception, safe deposit box rental and a laundry service.

Local charges may apply to some hotel facilities and others may be seasonal.

Rooms

Rooms are spread across three buildings of three floors, and consist of rooms with 2-4 beds and family rooms with two bedrooms for up to 5 people.

All rooms feature ensuite bathroom, hairdryer, TV and a balcony or terrace. Available to hire locally are air conditioning, mini-fridge and a safe deposit box. Kettles, iron and mini-ironing boards are available on request at reception.

Baby cots, baths, sterilisers, bottle warmers and strollers are all available on request subject to availability (there may be an additional charge). A microwave is available on the breakfast table 24hrs for guests needing to prepare baby food or milk.

Special Information

Please note: A new Accommodation Tax has recently been approved in Greece (mainland and Islands). This tax will be effective from 01/01/2018 and is for any stays booked before and after, and for stays that include this date. The taxation will be per room, per day and is payable directly to the accommodation at check in. This taxation is not included in any prices shown. Cost in Euros is as follows (subject to changes): Properties registered and licensed as Hotels: 1-2 Stars 0,50€. 3 Stars 1,50€, 4 Stars 3,00€, 5 Stars 4,00€.
