The historical hotel was built in 1904 and is an entirely renovated hotel, on the most verdant avenue of the Bourgeois district of the city centre. A remarkable facade belle epoque, a hall illuminated by a glass roof signed by Gustave Eiffel and the frescos dating 1904 constitute the decor of you stay.

Boscolo Exedra Hotel Nice is located two blocks from Avenue Jean-Medicin shopping, and a ten-minute walk from the beachfront promenade, Casino Ruhl, and Nice's picturesque old town.
