There is a great deal to see in this area including the public park of Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Parc de la Villette and the science exhibition. Another popular attraction is actually the Pere Lachaise Cemetery which has been host to many famous burials including Chopin, Rossini and Jim Morroson.

The 19th arrondissement hosts the public park of Parc des Buttes Chaumont. It also hosts the Parc de la Villette, the Cite des Sciences et de l'Industrie, which is an exhibition center dedicated to sciences and industries, and the Cite de la Musique, harbouring the Conservatoire de Paris, one of the most-renowned music schools in Europe. The 20th arrondissement is also internationally known for hosting the Pere Lachaise Cemetery where one can find the burials of many famous composers such as Chopin and Rossini, writers including Oscar Wilde and Marcel Proust, painters Pissarro, Jacques-Louis David and others and even rock singers Jim Morrison.
