The range of water sports, bars, discos and restaurants are second to none here, as is the fact that this is one of the party capitals of Europe, so during the summer months do not be surprised to find well known top club DJ's in residence at the local clubs. With San Antonio Town just 2km away from the Bay, this is an ideal destination for the young and energetic. Transfer time is approximately 55 minutes.

The resort of San Antonio is lively and fun. Loads to do no matter what your age. Boat trips everywhere. Night clubs on your doorstep and a brilliant array of eating places. All in all a great place to stay.

You are the strange people for drinking alcohol here. Makes you feel very uneasy. Cafe Mambo area was however. lovely, and a bit safer feel to it.

The coastline around the town of San Antonio is a well known spot for watching spectacular sunsets. You are also well placed to take boat trips and ferries to some of the quieter beaches around the island.
Whilst there are no beaches around the town, there is a fabulous marina and right behind that, lies the long, long sands of San Antonio Bay. The beach of San Antonio Bay is well served with sun loungers, shades and plenty of watersports such as diving, parasailing and pedalos.
Things to Do
The resort is famous for its club scene and as a venue for live bands and is home to Eden, Es Paradis and Ibiza Rocks. In addition, the Disco Bus runs from the main bus station giving you easy access to other famous venues such as Pacha, Amnesia and Space.
San Antonio is also home to the iconic Sunset Strip where you can watch the sunset from the original Cafe del Mar and spend the evening at an ever growing choice of upmarket chill-out bars and VIP bars such as Cafe Mumbo.
Cruise to the nearby island of Formentera where you can browse the many artisan stalls or relax on the quiet beaches on the uninhabited islet of S'Espalmador. Or take a boat trip to the long, wide sands of Cala Tarida, the sand dunes at Cala Conta or the family beach of Cala Bassa which are all located around the north-west corner of the island.
Out and About
Stroll around the beautiful palm lined promenade surrounding the marina and the port, relax on the benches and enjoy the sea views or have a fantastic meal at one of the restaurants overlooking the yachts.
There are lots of lively bars around the west end and a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants around the town and the town square. There is also a street market in the evenings by the harbour.
The hippy markets are always popular and there are a number in easy reach. Las Dalias Market in San Carlos has over 200 stalls and is held on a Saturday with a night market on Mondays in peak season. The large and ever popular Hippy Market at Es Cana is on Wednesdays and Friday evenings there is an Artisans Market in the small town of San Juan.
