In a quiet location the Maroula Studios are a simple set of apartments just a short walk from the beach and a small selection of restaurants and shops. The centre of Faliraki is a 20-minute walk away.

The studios are situated 400-metres from the beach and just over 1km from the resort centre. There is a bus stop 300-metres from the hotel providing easy access into Rhodes Town approx 9km away.
Faliraki is approx 12km from Rhodes Airport.
Facilities
There is an outdoor swimming pool with childrens section and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers, umbrellas and a pool snack bar with satellite TV.
Rooms
Consisting of 18 studios suitable for up to three people, each is equipped with a private shower-room, balcony or terrace and a kitchenette with fridge and two cooking-rings.
Air-conditioning is available in some studios for a daily fee, charged locally.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
