Kipriotis Panorama & Suites is located in Psalidi and just 200 metres from the beach and the clear waters of the Aegean Sea, to which the hotel runs a shuttle service. It is approx 3km from Kos Town and it's Ferry port. The hotel is approx 27km from Kos International Airport.

Kipriotis Panorama & Suites has a large outdoor pool complex with 2 swimming pools for adult, a pool for children and a wide surrounding sun terrace with sun lounger, parasols and bar service.

Further leisure facilities and activities include a Padi diving centre, a Spa, horse riding (local charge), a fitness gym, a tennis court (local charge), a squash court (local charge), table tennis and billiards tables, a games room and a TV lounge. The Spa (local charge) offers a range of massages and treatments as well as a spa pool, jacuzzi and a sauna.

Social and dining venues include a 2 restaurants, a beach bar, a pool-side bar and a lounge bar with live music. The main restaurant offers buffets with Greek and regional dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The A la Carte restaurant specialises in Greek cuisine.

The executive suites sleep up to 4 guests and have a double bedroom, a lounge with sofa beds, an en-suite with a bath and a terrace with views to the sea or the hills.

The presidential suite is a corner room with sea views and modern decor. It is furnished with a king-size bed, 2 sofa beds, an en-suite bathroom and 2 furnished balconies. It also has enhanced amenities such as free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities.

The All Inclusive programme consists of early breakfast (5am - 7.30am), American breakfast (7.30am - 10am), late Continental breakfast (10am - 11am), lunch and dinner, all served buffet style in the main restaurant. AI guests are also free to use the various other restaurants for lunch and dinner, subject to availability. A selection of hot and cold snacks are available between 11am and 12pm.

A variety of local soft drinks, beer and wine are available during lunch and dinner. A Coffee and cake buffet is served in the afternoon. A variety of non alcoholic drinks, including children's cocktails and alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, liqueurs, beer and wine are available from 10am to midnight.
