Kassandra Village Resort is located at the back of the Pefkohori village, surrounded by countryside on the Kassandra peninsula. It is in walking distance (1km) of the sea, and close to Pefkochori Pier, Pefkochori Lagoon, Xenia Beach and Chaniotis Beach. The hotel is approx 92km from Thessaloniki Airport.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
