The centre of Gouvia is just 350-metres away with its wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is also within walking distance (500-metres) and the nearest supermarket just 150-metres.

Facilities
The hotel has a large freshwater swimming pool and a separate pool for children, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols and extensive gardens. Further leisure facilities include a small childrens playground, a TV lounge, pool and table tennis tables.
The hotel has a buffet restaurant and an a'la carte restaurant, a pool-side bar serving drinks and snacks and a lounge bar with a weekly Greek night and occasional live music.
Guest services include 24-hour reception, currency exchange, free WiFi access, laundry services, babysitting (on request, with charge), pool towels (against deposit), luggage storage, internet corner (local charge), doctor on call and vehicle rental.
Rooms
There are a total of 195 guest rooms; consisting of double/twin rooms with garden or sea views for 2 people (some can accommodate a third person) and family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children with a double bed and bunk beds.

All Inclusive
The All Inclusive package includes all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main restaurant. During meals, local drinks such as draft beer‚ wine by the glass, soft drinks, tap water, tea and filter coffee are served.
Afternoon tea and snacks are offered between 4pm and 5pm, while a choice of snacks are offered at the pool bar between 11am and 6pm.

Special Information
The hotel is not suitable for less mobile travellers, due to its multilevel layout.
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
