The apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket and restaurants and just 100 metres from the beach. The main resort centre of Kavos is approx 400 metres away.

Facilities at the Chandris Apartments feature an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers and parasols. There is also a poolside snack bar and a TV Lounge.
Rooms
There are a total of 46 studios and apartments which are spread over four buildings. Accommodation is simply furnished and feature ensuite bath/shower-room and basic kitchenette with fridge and 2 cooking rings. Not all rooms have a terrace or balcony.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
