Why Have You Created a Unique Email Address for my Ryanair Booking?

As your package organiser, we have the responsibility to manage your package holiday and ensure that everything goes smoothly for you. In order to do this, it is critical that we receive information about your flight directly from Ryanair, which we use to manage your holiday for you as your travel agent. When we receive information about your flight from Ryanair, we will deal with any associated changes to your package (e.g. changing the time of your transfer or your hotel check-in time) and we will pass on to you the information as well.

To ensure the communications come via Sunshine, we create a unique email address just for your booking (if we used your personal email address, we would not receive the updates from Ryanair).

We send you details of your unique email address in your booking confirmation so you can use this to log in to your Ryanair booking and check in.

Am I able to change this unique email address to my personal email?

We ask that you continue to use the unique email address we have generated for your booking rather than a personal email. This will allow us to continue to manage your booking on your behalf as your travel agent. Please be aware that if you change this to your personal email address, your airline will send all communications to your flight to you, not us, so we will not have any visibility of any flight changes or cancellations, and the effect this may have on the rest of your booking or package. If you do put in your personal email address, it is your responsibility to tell us promptly about any changes that Ryanair communicates to you.
