What facilities do the lounges offer?
Services and facilities vary but, we do provide details for each airport lounge, which you can read before you book. The minimum you can usually expect from an airport lounge will be a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seating with complimentary newspapers and magazines, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks plus, flight information screens so that you can keep an eye on your boarding time. Many lounges enjoy views over the runway(s) and the vast majority also have television screen(s), WiFi and/or wired internet points, business desks and/or meeting areas and, toilets.
The larger airport lounges have wide ranging and luxurious amenities such spa services, video gaming zones, bars and restaurants, patisseries, complimentary meals suited to the time of day, waiter service, showers and washrooms.

Why do I need to prebook?
It is not essential to pre-book as most lounges will accept payment on arrival, provided they have the space to accommodate you. However, lounges do become fully booked and pre-booking is a great way to secure the best price.
