Role: Customer Support ExecHaving worked in the hospitality industry since being 17, I wanted to take a step into Travel to assist customers with their steps running up to their holiday.
Being part of the sunshine.co.uk family, I get to assist customers before, during and after their holidays with any issues or queries they may have to ensure that their holiday runs as smoothly as possible.

Having visited Miami this summer, that has to be top of the list! Closely followed by Dubai. I love the temperatures and the lavish lifestyles.
What do you do at weekends?
When I'm not working I try to spend lots of time with my boyfriend, family and friends. Either watching my boyfriend play football or going out to eat, and drink Pinot Grigio!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a beautician, then realised I would have to deal with people's not so beautiful feet.
What's your brew?
Green tea or a vanilla iced coffee!
That's a nice job title, what do you actually do?
Answer phone calls and reply to lots of emails. Helping and assisting our customers with queries and bookings. Offering service with a smile :)
Best thing on telly?
Keeping up with the Kardashians!
Worst thing on telly?
Match of the day, or reality TV like Big Brother.
