Good sized room, we had 2 double beds for 4 of us. The wardrobe for hanging isn't too big but there are shelves, plus a safe is in there too. Bathroom has a hairdryer. No fridge. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We went 7 days all inclusive and were provided with 7 days of vouchers to use in the certain theme park restaurants. Didn't use the pool just the bar there. There is an a la carte restaurant that can be booked too. Good variety in the buffet restaurant. Would definitely return here!

My friend and I went to this hotel for a week the start of June. The hotel had perfect location for what we wanted (free shuttle bus to Salou beach which is walking distance also, 5 minute walk to train station, 10 minutes walk from PortAventura World). The rooms were a decent size, but the cleanliness of it wasn't 100% (but I have been used to Egyptian cleaners who go above and beyond). On our first night we made ourselves familiar with our surroundings by having a look around the hotel. The pool was incredible and very scenic which was a pleasant surprise. You actually thought you were in Mexico! On our last day I sat by the pool, but I was disappointed to see that there was no place to get towels. Everyone had their own towels which I was shocked about. I never brought a towel as I haven't had to on previous holidays.
There was a safe in the room which was used, but no fridge that we saw (but we didn't look in all the cupboards). The food was good, you are sorted if you like fish. There is a variety, but the food was not temperature hot, it was just warm, but that is minor details. The a la carte restaurant was nice, but I felt we were rushed first time we ate there. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak to. They made us feel welcome along with sorting queries and any problems we had.
If you like staying in a hotel with kids or you have kids of your own, this is a no brainer! There were so many kids (even though it was term time) and was very popular with the British. In regards for value for money, we couldn't have stayed anywhere better! We had free unlimited access to the theme park with a meal included (3 course meal and a drink) at selected restaurants in the park. Beer, wine, cocktails and own brand spirits were included in the package. One bonus of the holiday, we got to keep our room card as you did not need to check out! This was brilliant as the queues in the morning at reception were massive. City tax is 1 euro per person per night which is paid on arrival at the hotel. This is something to be aware of.

The staff were all friendly and the rooms and facilities very clean, family all enjoyed the pool with no problem getting sunbeds that I thought would be a problem in August. Good choice of food, ideal for a family holiday. Water park excellent but ride times in theme park off putting. A more frequent courtesy coach to Salou would be an advantage. But all in all a great family holiday.

We couldn't fault the hotel in any way - clean de luxe room was okay, pool was large and well appreciated by the grandchildren, food cooked as you made your way around the buffet, staff friendly and helpful. Cost 10 euros in taxi to Salou where beach was lovely. Most other guests were 30 somethings with children. Being so near the amusement park and water park was a real bonus for the grandchildren who loved it!.

Our stay was the second week of September, so not many British at hotel. All inclusive food was good, you had the opportunity of eating meals from certain food outlets in the Theme Park and Water Park. Free wi-fi in the hotel lobby. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool, slight problem with flies and wasps. Good quality ice cream and cornettos available free by pool, several bars serving all inclusive drinks. Free safe in the room. Five minute up hill walk to Theme Park or free noddy train. Shower in the room alternated between hot and cold, so set the hot on your temperature and get out of the way of it when it goes cold. We were in the main building on the fourth floor at the front, very quiet even though we could see the main train line from the window.
