Lovely hotel, lots of staff and friendly. Rooms clean and beds and pillows so comfy. Good pool and sun loungers, snack bar very good. Restaurant food OK not always warm, it's big and food very mixed up.

Staff were extremely friendly, plenty of available space around poolside. Bars and restaurant areas with huge selection of food choice plus one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in - flawless holiday.

Lovely and clean hotel. Very nice rooms. Beach is really non-existent but great for snorkelling. Food nice. Staff were lovely except for one young lady at reception who was not helpful at all. I had an injury to my wrist and she would not assist me - saying there were no bandages or first aider or doctor who could help me - it was only when I informed her that I had slipped in the bathroom on a very slippy, marble floor that she suddenly sprung into action and out of nowhere, magically provided me with a bandage and sticky tape! Not a kind woman at all - didn't ask what had happened, how I was injured or indeed if she could help! But I did cringe when I saw who was on reception, as she checked me in and wasn't at all friendly then either.

No air conditioning in room for 2 days, would of been 3 but I complained. No air con in buffet restaurants or vip restaurant, so very warm when trying to enjoy meals. Cocktails came out of a mixed drinks dispenser, so just wasn't a cocktail that you would expect on holiday. Beach was really just a rocky cove, not really suitable for children.

Negatives finished, I will say the mini club staff especially Leti and Tom were fantastic and food varied tastes for all.

The hotel was great. Clean tidy rooms were very nice, sheets and towels changed 2 or 3 times a week. Pool bar and snack bar was good. Food was a bit disappointing, breakfast and lunch were OK, dinner was lukewarm and not much choice. I would go back to Teguise, but not to that hotel.

I stayed here for an amazing 10 days from the 26 December to the 5 January. New Year's Eve was absolutely amazing from start to finish, could not fault anything. My friends are coming here for half term next week, they so can't wait. I shall be back.

Rooms lovely but not as described. Clean but could do with tiles in shower area re grouted. Bedding faded - could do with being replaced. Safe you had to pay for. Did have a fridge. Pools - main pool well maintained but kids pool around the back had all broken sun beds. Music hall - where entertainment is. Dark, dingy, cramped and no air con. Also plastic garden furniture instead of quality. Entertainment - shows were good. Mini disco - exact same thing every night - very repetitive and after third night boring!

Modern room, amazing sea view, very clean, great selection of food. Only 15 minutes taxi from the airport. Would recommend to everyone!

Nice hotel, lots of food and drinks, fantastic if you just want to lie at the pool all day and brilliant for younger children. Had an issue with cockroaches in my room which wasn't nice but they did move us without any problems.

Just got back from this hotel omg were do you start; amazing. Rooms lovely clean and spacious, staff fantastic with the kids, there's something for all ages. Food lovely and a good selection. Definitely be going back.
