Overview
A friendly family run complex which combines basic accommodation with a peaceful location close to the beach.
Location
The complex is set on a hillside close to the coastal road and only 450m from Megali Amos beach. Skiathos town with its restaurants and lively clubs is easily reached by the regular bus service which can be found nearby. A small supermarket is also within easy reach.
The resort of Skiathos Town is approx 4km from Skiathos Airport.
Facilities
The complex features a palm-fringed swimming pool which is surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with sunbeds. There is also a reception and poolside bar offering drinks and snacks.
There is a weekly BBQ (local charge) for guest's enjoyment.
Rooms
All studios and apartments include air conditioning (on request, charge applies), bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a balcony.
Special Information
Due to the hilly terrain, the studios may not be suitable for the less mobile.
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
March to October:
5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night
4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night
3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night
1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night
Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night
November to February reduced rates will apply.
