There is lots to do here but many people enjoy wandering through the pinewood paths until they reach the Natural Park. The park is home to rich wildlife and beautiful flora and is the perfect spot to relax.

Situated in the forest is CerviAvventura, an adventure park with treetop adventures such as rope bridges and ladders. This is a great way to spend an afternoon for both adults and children (height restrictions may apply).

Another great way to spend a few hours is a visit to the butterfly house. This air conditioned greenhouse reproduces the environment in the rainforest and is home to hundreds of living butterflies and many different species of insect.

There is also a golf club, tennis club and sailing club where many events are held throughout the year so hopefully your visit will coincide with one of these events.

There are a few nightclubs here, some of which are regularly frequented by entertainment and sports celebrities so keep your eyes peeled. There are other options which are a little more relaxed and casual but certainly something to suit everyone.

Among the many shops, you will find souvenirs, jewellery, perfume and clothes for both adults and children. As well as a good variety of shops, you will also find various markets held throughout the week. Times and days will vary depending on the season so check it out before your make the trip.

There are various festivals held throughout the year too, such as the Chocolate Festival at the end of March. The best chocolate craftsman will make the most extraordinary creations for everyone to see and sample.

The four day event in early June, celebrates the mussels cultivated at sea. There are various stalls for mussel tasting and the local restaurants will also offer special mussel dishes.

The International Kite Festival in May/June is one for all the family. There are workshops to show you how to build and fly your kite and there are special night time shows where many many kites take to the skies.
