Due to its elevated position, the apartments may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. The beach is 1.6km away and the old town is 500m away.
The resort of Puerto del Carmen is 12km from Lanzarote Airport.

There is a swimming pool that overlooks the sea with a children's section (heated), sun terrace and gardens. There is also a pool table, fishing and a golf course near the hotel. Get out and about with bicycle and car rental.
The on-site restaurant offers a children's menu plus a poolside snack bar. The pool bar is open until 18:00 and holds weekly barbecues.
Facilities include 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, safe and Wi-Fi. Free parking is available on site.
