A small complex made up of 41 apartments spread over 4 floors. The complex is set in a good location for families and couples to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Location
The apartments are centrally located in Estartit within easy reach of local amenities. The beach is nearby with loungers and parasols available to hire as well as watersports to try out.
Girona Airport is approx 56 km from the resort of Estartit.
Facilities
The complex features an outdoor swimming pool with surrounding sun terrace. There is also a reception area with restricted hours and on site parking (charged daily).
Rooms
Accommodation is spread over four floors with lift access, each with a private balcony or terrace, bath/shower-room and an open plan living area with kitchenette. Apartments with one bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people, two bedrooms up to 5 people and three bedrooms up to 7 people.
Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV with international channels, sofa bed, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker.

Special Information
The Spanish Government has placed a fee for all stays in hotels, apartments, rural and camping locations. This fee will be between 1-3 Euro per person per night for those aged over 16 years. This fee is payable directly to the accommodation and will be taken at check in.
Please not a refundable deposit of up to 500 Euros is payable on arrival. Returned on the day of departure after inventory.
