Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Walkways and paths require slight rendering in areas.

Great location, food excellent and staff helpful and friendly. Only minor criticism is that more activities could be provided for teenage kids. Nonetheless we had a great time.

This is a lovely hotel - several swimming pools though the main one was very cold in late March. Several restaurants on the site - one of which Japanese and independent of the hotel and they didn't mention it to us on check-in. Saw it by accident and gave it a try - well worth a visit. The food in the hotel itself was excellent. The hotel never felt crowded, the grounds are beautifully kept and the room was huge. Overall a great stay and will definitely return.

Excellent hotel on a range of fronts - cleanliness, customer service etc. In particular local VPNs for rooms giving better internet access, a great idea for such a widespread complex. Appearance and maintenance of grounds first class. Rooms spacious, clean and welcoming. Areas for improvement; a general lack of staff in bar and pool bar areas leading to long waits. Range and choice of food excellent, but quality of the food could be better. Perhaps focus on less choice and better sources. Shortage of towels when the hotel filled up. Spa area nice but tiny in comparison to size of resort.

Rooms good, food choice good, lots of spaces for sunbeds around the complex and no silly bed saving seen. Sun towels changed daily in the Spa and good gym facilities. WiFi in rooms excellent. Main pool very cold, potentially only gripe it could have been a bit cleaner around the main pool and in it, i.e. sand in bottom of pool and no real evidence of pool being swept during the week we were there.

Excellent accommodation. Friendly welcoming management and staff. International buffet in amazing dining room. Multi pools one must be largest in Lanzarote if not all of Spain. Rooms more like junior suites, ours 309, has amazing views over marina and Atlantic - must request upper rooms. Situated on marina with classy bars and shops and great promenade walk into Playa Blanca.
Flight out with Ryan Air perfect. Transport from airport to hotel well organised. Booking with Sunshine.co.uk could not be easier and friendly staff on hand should you need them. Highly recommended the full holiday experience.

The hotel is exceedingly good with the accommodation and staff outstanding and we enjoyed the whole experience. The cleanliness of the accommodation is exceptional and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the choice of food should make anyone using the hotel more than satisfied with the choice and quality.

Insufficient sun loungers. There are two types at the hotel, white hard plastic ones with no mattress and brown loungers with nylon netting which are a bit more comfortable but many are damaged. Not what you expect in a five star hotel. The hotel management do not enforce their own rules on the reservation of sun loungers and men wearing shorts at dinner. The restaurant struggles at breakfast service to meet the demand. The staff are good but there are not enough of them. Too few toasters.
On the plus side the layout of the hotel is good in a nice location on the Marina. The evening entertainment is low key.

We booked club volcan rooms. A great choice and something I would highly recommend for adults. Pool area very private and always free cabanas and sun lounges. Tremendous views across to the other islands, private breakfast area and great selection of food made breakfast a real treat. Staff were very attentive and any problems were sorted out quickly. Looking to go back again in February as we enjoyed it so much.

Food was good but very much the same every night; the breakfast was very good. The pool is in need of some repair, patches off paint missing. Sun parasols are fixed to the floor so you can struggle at times to get any shade. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. Everything was kept very clean and the room was great.

The picture you used of this hotel is misleading. I would guess it's part of the exclusive 'Club' section of the hotel and is only available to guests who pay a much higher tariff. This section is also only open for certain periods of the year. The hotel is excellent and ideally placed next to the outstanding Radicon Marina. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet dining is of a good standard with an excellent breakfast facility. The rooms are large and I would advise a higher floor room with a sea view. There is entertainment nightly with good bar areas. Although wi-fi is free it was a poor signal to our room which was a few minutes walk away from the main central area where the signal was good. This is due in part to the 'village-layout' of the hotel. Playa Blanca town centre is 30 minutes easy walk along a promenade from the hotel. One area of warning is that movement around the hotel's facilities is by lifts and steps. This may present problems to visitors with physical disabilities and If anyone in this category is considering using this hotel I would suggest they contact the hotel for advice. Otherwise it's a great hotel and I would highly recommend it.
