Le Sultan Hotel is set in large lawned gardens which open onto the sea front with an outdoor swimming pool, a pool for children, sun loungers and parasols. Watersports (local charges) are available at the beach such as banana boats, jet skis, sailing, diving, water skiing, catamarans pedalos and canoes.
Further leisure facilities and activities available at the hotel include aqua fit, petanque, aerobics, archery, minigolf, table tennis and pool tables (local charge), darts, a TV lounge, tennis, a children's playground, an indoor pool, a fitness centre and a Spa. The Spa (local charges) offers a wide range of relaxation massages and spa treatments and also has a hot tub and a steam bath. The entertainment team provide a variety of activities for adults and there is a kids club for children aged 4-12.
Social and dining venues at the hotel include a buffet restaurant, an A la Carte restaurant, a lobby bar, a snack bar and a pool-side bar. Evening entertainment throughout the week generally includes shows and live music.

The hotel is great, the best thing about it has to be the staff, they are the friendly, professional, hardworking group you would expect from a hotel of this standard and they did not disappoint. The rooms are lovely and spacious, the food in the restaurant was always fresh and plentiful, every meal had massive choice. The pool is great, however be prepared for the noise if you go during half term or summer break, there's a lot of kids. Over all I'd say this is a strong 4 star resort with the staff of a 5 star resort.

After much deliberation we decided to stay at this hotel for our first family holiday with our thirteen month old daughter. Am I glad we did.
The hotel itself is very grand and beautifully decorated. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were always friendly and there to help. We used the same table on a daily basis throughout our eight night stay and the waiter on that section would have the table set up with a clean high chair and our personal choice of drinks and bread before we arrived at each meal. On our last day he bought us some cake that he had put by so we would have a snack on our journey home. Amazing touch.
House keeping are incredibly friendly and efficient and despite our daughter's best efforts there was rarely anything for her to eat off the floor.
The pools are awesome, the main pool large, the kids pool was of a good size, and the indoor heated pool also with plenty of space.
The food prepared is fresh and great in variety; anyone who says otherwise probably falls into the category of people we saw daily raiding fish fingers and chips from the kids buffet. Why go somewhere abroad and not try the ample and plentiful offerings of local foods? Failing that there are plenty of "safer" options for the fussier eaters. My partner is vegetarian and my daughter is dairy free, none of us struggled for options.
The beach is a very short walk away and is of a good size with lots of activities to take part in. That being said we didn't venture down there due to little 'uns age and needing a bit more shade. We didn't however lack for entertainment in the pool areas due to the great animation team. The mini disco was a great highlight every evening and the staff would dance with our daughter to make her feel part of it which she adored!
Thank you Le Sultan for making our first holiday such an amazing one and we will see you again I have no doubt!
