The hotel is lovely, spacious, very clean and was fully decorated for Christmas. We found the majority of staff were very friendly and eager to please which was very much appreciated as I became very unwell during our holiday (through no fault of the resort or food). They genuinely showed concern for my well-being.
It was our daughters 17th birthday while we were there and though we didn't celebrate in the hotel restaurant they put a cake in the fridge in our room for her which she was very surprised at.
There were a lot of Russians and Germans which we didn't have a problem with at all.
The rooms are basic but adequate and fresh towels are provided daily when the room was cleaned, this was also done to a high standard.
The resort is family friendly but don't forget to shop around for what you need and always barter.

This hotel is very well set out and is very good for families. Just returned from a week there and I would go again. We stayed in the small bungalows which though not luxurious were ample for our needs. The grounds are very well kept and the food was good though not for those looking for plain food. You could get a sun bed at any time of the day and it was very clean around the pool. I would just say that some of the staff were very rude though the majority were friendly. The entertainment was not very good.

The Jasmine is not a bad hotel but it has a few problems, it could do with a good clean throughout, don't get me wrong it is not a filthy place it just needs a good clean. They tidy the room and make the bed everyday but they don't clean it, we were there for two weeks and the loo was never cleaned, no smell of bleach or any other cleaning product.
They never have any clean glasses when you want a drink so they will give you your drink in a small plastic cup, the restaurant is a fiasco trying to get everything together for a meal, normally you can find a plate with ease if you get some meat and there will be no veg so you wait for the veg the meat goes cold, if you can find a knife there won't be any forks, tea spoons are like gold dust so you could be running around for a while trying to assemble a meal. There are plenty of sun loungers and they supply towels with very friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been happy with our holiday. Rooms are adequate and cleaned daily. Fridge is useful for cold drinks. Food is plentiful and you can also eat in the two sister hotels. Beach is fab.
