Location
The superb Villas Finesse in Son Bou are situated on the hill side of the Torre Soli Nou area of Son Bou, approx 200 metres from a mini market and there is a larger supermarket, bars and restaurants at the bottom of the hill (1.8km away). The beach and main resort centre of Son Bou are approx 2km away.
Son Bou is approx 22km from Menorca Airport.
Facilities
This complex comprises of 14 villas each with secluded gardens and private swimming pool, measuring approx 10 x 4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace, with a shaded dining terrace, a lawned area complete with loungers, dining furniture and barbecue.
Rooms
Villas have a well furnished open plan lounge-diner and modern fitted kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace. The master bedroom is an en-suite double and there is also a twin en-suite bedroom, a further twin bedroom and a shower room.
Villas are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV (limited English channels) and a DVD player, an oven and hob, a coffee machine and a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Cots are available on request (first cot is free, 2nd is payable locally).

Special Information
Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.
