Location

The villas are situated in the peaceful area of Las Coloradas, 600m from the beach. The many shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the town centre which is approx 2.5km away. There are several beaches and plenty of water-sports, activities, boat trips and sight-seeing excursions available in Playa Blanca.

The resort of Playa Blanca is approx 31km from Lanzarote Airport.

Depart Lanzarote airport and follow the sign for Yaiza. This road will pass under a bridge. Leave the slip road and move onto the dual carriageway, heading south towards the village of Tias - direction Yaiza. Do not turn off towards Puerto del Carmen. Follow the carriageway up the hill passing the small turn off for Tias/Puerto del Carmen and then move into the left hand lane as the road will soon fork. Keep left for Yaiza, do not take the right hand lane for Conil. Take the second exit (straight over) the next three roundabouts. At the fourth roundabout take the first exit, following the signs to Playa Blanca and continue for a further 15km. You will then come to the Playa Blanca roundabout with the Cepsa Petrol Station in front of you. Go straight over the roundabout and straight over the second roundabout towards the shopping area of Playa Blanca. At the bottom of this road you will come to a smaller roundabout. Take the last turning on your left on the same road "Supermarket Maxcoop" leaving the Taxi Stop on your right. Continue up this road and you will see the "Burger King" flags on your right followed by the Hotel Princesa Yaiza and Hesperia Playa Dorada on your right. Go straight on at the next roundabout (sign posted Marina Rubicon). Continue and take the first turning on the right at the next roundabout. Carry on until you come to a mini roundabout (with a large palm tree in the middle) and take the third exit on your left hand side. Continue up this road until the next roundabout and take the second exit. Turn on your right into the first street. Just on your left hand side are the Villas El Varadero. Continue up the street until you come to a "give way" - turn left and then left again in the second small ally way on your left hand side.

Each villa has it's own swimming pool and sun terrace area with BBQ.

The villas are light and airy and tastefully decorated. They feature 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and tea/coffee making facilities and a living/dining room with a safe (local charge) and satellite TV.
