Just got back from a week at Barcarola Apartments. We enjoyed our stay there. It's close to everything like restaurants, bars, shops etc yet is in a nice quiet location set back from the main road. Air con, free Wi-Fi both worked well. Breakfast was good with lots of choice every day.

The rooms are simple but very clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool - there's no need to get up early in the morning to get your towels laid out! (although there were one or 2 guests who of course did this every day when we were there).

It's not a 5 star hotel but it isn't 5 star price. I would recommend it to anyone.

Barcarola Club Apartments were an excellent choice for a holiday in Puerto del Carmen, we stayed for a week in a two bedroom apartment. The staff and amenities could not be faulted, the pool, outside areas and the gardens were kept to a first class standard.

The position of the Club is ideal for exploring Puerto del Carmen, the sea and beaches are just across the Avienda and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, with the old town and harbour within walking distance or a 5 Euro taxi away.

We will definitely be returning next year.

Great secure apartments and well maintained. Lovely inside and set in a fantastic central location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place especially for elder.

A lovely complex kept spotlessly clean. Apartments compact but well presented. Breakfasts good and dining room also spotless. I've marked it down because of the dreadful location of our apartment. Our view was a high brick wall looking onto two restaurants with industrial type extractors going non stop. We were refused a room change for a better view as the nicer ones were reserved for other nationalities. We paid full price and didn't expect the abysmal apartment we were allocated and because of this wouldn't return.

The Barcarola was lovely, very clean, staff friendly, breakfast delicious. Although hotel on the front it was very peaceful round the pool, so great location.

Our second stay at Barcarola, highly recommend these apartments, had breakfast, very good. All the Staff are superb, they do a good job. If there is anything you want it's done promptly. Will be back in March hopefully.

Our apartment was clean and spacious, could not fault it. All the staff were very friendly and that included the cleaners. It has a nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. We stayed bed and breakfast and there was a good variety of food to choose from. The Barcarola is in an ideal location with the shops and restaurants on the door step.

Lovely place to stay, the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you and are always smiling. Very clean apartments and well kept grounds. Also the pool well maintained and heated. Liked it that much booked to go back in December.

Good location for bars and restaurants. Hotel very good. No air con in rooms but is currently being installed for summer 2016. Sun beds need replacing or mattresses supplied. Lovely pool. Would return when air con fitted.

Excellent location straight onto the fronts where there are endless shops, restaurants, the beach over the road. The pool area is so relaxing, palm trees and plenty of sun loungers. The apartments are good and have all you need; toaster microwave fridge/freezer, only a 2 ring hot plate which doesn't take the 2 pans but manageable for a snack. Towels and bedding in very good condition clean and white, all in all would use these apartments again.
