There are many facilities at the hotel which include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, lift, business centre and conference facilities. In addition there is library, laundry service, nightclub, room service and parking.
There is a swimming pool area with sun terrace and furnished with sunbeds and parasols. Guests can enjoy a drink at the swim up pool bar or poolside snack bar.
There is also a health club with spa tub, sauna and steam room. For relaxation there is also a full service Spa offering a range of beauty and massage treatments.
Guests can dine at either the Raffles Grill with its open air terrace, poolside restaurant, Chinese restaurant or buffet restaurant. There is also a saloon, cocktail bar and nightclub.
Rooms
The hotel offers 248 rooms which are spread over 19 floors. All rooms are modern and spacious in design and come furnished with a private bathroom with bath and shower, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries, air conditioning and direct dial telephone with voicemail. In addition there is cable TV, CD/DVD player, separate sitting area, in room safe, hairdryer, internet access and a balcony. Each room also has complimentary bottled water.

During this period there is Pharoah's Club Pool which is located within walking distance, the entry fee is AED 80 for adults and AED 30 for children which is fully redeemable against their Full Board outlet. ##
