Room was falling to bits, the towel rail was all rusty, the vent over the cooking rings when switched on my daughter thought it was an ice crusher because of the noise! The wooden screen that separated the beds from the living area fell to bits when we tried to close It, the beds are all really uncomfortable and we could clearly and loudly hear the entertainment in our room until midnight.

Good hotel not 5 star but definitely not 2. For the price it is excellent value. Very clean, nice staff. Could do with new sunbeds. Pool is OK but not brilliant. On the hole we enjoyed our stay. Didn't eat at the hotel but many people said it was good food. Apartments were good, wish there was some English channels on TV.

Ideal level for us, level 1 for 2 apartments 112 -115. Hotel only had 2 lifts, people with prams on higher levels were waiting especially when you you had 10-15 youngsters tying up lifts for 1 floor. Friendly staff at all times. I like the idea of peace and quiet after 12 midnight. All food was good from breakfast through to evening meal. Good variation. Room was adequate can not fault room service. It was recommended when we booked and lived up to expectations.

We had a lovely holiday. Room was basic but had all you needed including a fridge and air conditioning. Cleaning could be better. Entertainment was good as was the food. Situated near the beach and town. We'll definitely go back.

Rooms are big, clean and having the kitchen facilities was brilliant, although we were all inclusive was nice to have the option to make food. Pool was great with lots of activities throughout the day. Sun loungers a little uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff were brilliant especially Brooksie.

Fantastic hotel for both families and couples. Perfect location close to 2 beaches, shops, bars and attractions. Best thing about this hotel is the entertainment and staff. They are great with kids and teens and work so hard. Food is great and there is something for everyone. The lads who work the bar are the nicest we have ever come across and are a credit to the hotel. Always greet you with a smile and conversation and made our holiday! We will definitely be returning.

It was very basic, the noise at night was atrocious, kids rollerskating along the corridors. We were situated right next to the lifts and it was terrible, people getting out the lifts at all hours shouting and swearing. This hotel is like an episode of Benidorm you could not get near the pool for the cliques (not that you would want to). Our balcony opened onto a flat roof and all the guests above us used it as an ashtray, we seemed to be living amongst hotel staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Honestly it is the worst place I have ever stayed at.

Lovely food, staff very nice, apartments very basic with very limited storage space and in need of updating. Very good location with plenty around. We paid for 10 days all inclusive and had to give our band up by 10am on the day we travelled home, therefore we had only got 9 days all inclusive and had to go out and pay for lunch.
