Floridays Resort Orlando regains its No1 spot on TripAdvisor

The Floridays Resort on Orlando's International Drive South is a popular choice with families visiting the area. Not only does it have a great location, it offers a great pool area which kids love and spacious well equipped two or three bedroom suites for all the family to relax in. The hotel is independently owned and guests are actively encouraged to post reviews on the TripAdvisor website.
The only hotel able to knock them off the top spot was Disney's Art of Animation Resort, the first new Disney World hotel in the last 10years. Having just opened in May 2012 the hotel shot straight to the top of TripAdvisor's user-generated rankings with glowing reviews.
With so many visitors to the TripAdvisor website the otherwise little known Floridays Resort Orlando has been able to capture an audience of many and even managed to fight off the big hotel chains for its number one position.
TripAdvisor's ranking system is based on user-generated reviews rating a hotel on its value, location, service and cleanliness. Ranking is also influenced by how recent the reviews are, how positive they area and the total number of reviews.
