Villas Playitas are situated on the large Playitas complex known for its extensive sports and fitness facilities. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the fishing village of Las Playitas. For supermarkets and local restaurants, the harbour town of Gran Tarajal is approx. 5km away.
Playitas Resort is approx 43km away from Fuerteventura Airport.
Facilities
Villas Playitas have use of the amenities and services at the two hotels on the complex as well as all the sports and leisure facilities on the resort. The hotels have outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, gardens and sun terraces as well as a choice of restaurants.
Resort sports and leisure facilities available to guests of the villas include an 18 hole golf course with putting and chipping greens (tuition available), an olympic swimming pool, a large fitness centre, an indoor sports hall (badminton, basketball), tennis courts, water sports (such as scuba diving and windsurfing), running tracks, cycling, a games room, table tennis, mini golf, a children's playground, an extensive activity programme and a mini club for children. Some facilities may incur a local charge.
Amenities and services available at the hotels include 24 hour reception with English speaking staff, currency exchange and car parking spaces. There is also a supermarket, a gift shop, WiFi, an on-call doctor, car hire, excursions, a launderette and laundry services (all with local charges).
Rooms
There are 24 villas located on the slopes on the northern side of the bay with views over the complex. Each villa has a terrace garden with outdoor furniture, a pergola and a private pool.
The villas comprise two bedrooms, a lounge-diner, a kitchen and two bathrooms with a bath and shower. They feature flat screen satellite TV, internet access, a direct dial telephone, safe deposit box (local charge), a hairdryer, fridge, oven and hob, a coffee machine, dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
