Location
Kurumba Island Resort Hotel is located on the island of Kurumba in the Maldives. The island is in the North Male Atoll and, from Male International Airport, can be reached by speedboat in about 10 minutes.
Facilities
Kurumba Island Resort Hotel has a nearby colourful coral reef over which it offers snorkelling tours (lessons available) and a protected lagoon with clear swimming waters.
The diving centre offers PADI diving courses for all abilities, including children (ages 8+). Opportunities range from drift dives to wreck dives at various dive sites located 5-30 minutes away by boat. The watersports centre offers parasailing, wakeboarding, paddle boards, kayaks, catamarans, windsurfing (lessons available), banana boats and fun tubes, water skiing, jet ski safaris and sailing lessons.
Further leisure facilities and activities include swimming pools, children's pools, a spa, floodlit tennis courts, a 24-hour fitness gym, volleyball, table tennis and snooker, board games and a kids club (ages 4-12). The Veli Spa is set in the tropical gardens and features treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, a yoga pavilion and a manicure and pedicure room.
In addition, the resort organises a variety of excursions such as tours of Male, dolphin watching, sunset cruises and sandbank picnics; a daytime program of activities and a variety of nightly entertainment, including live bands.
Social and dining venues include 8 restaurants, a cafe and pizzeria, 3 bars and 24 hour room service. There is a buffet restaurant and themed A la Carte restaurants offering a variety of menus including Italian, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Vietnamese, Eastern and a Seafood and Grill.

This resort offers rooms and villas spread across the island, on the beaches and nestled into the tropical greenery. All villas feature a bathroom with bath and partly open-air shower, internet access, satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar, a hairdryer, an ironing set, a safe deposit box, bathrobes, beach towels, fans and air conditioning. Guests can choose from Superior Rooms, Deluxe Bungalows, Villas by the pool or beach or Deluxe Bungalows by the beach.
