Out and About

This Carthage Coast region features the resorts of Gammarth, Sidi Bou Said and La Marsa which is often likened to the French Riviera.

Sidi Bou Said is a pretty village offering blue and white buildings with domes and arched doorways and dotted along the cobbled streets are traditional cafes with beautiful views of the Mediterranean.

La Marsa is a upmarket area with chic restaurants and boutique hotels.

Travellers are encouraged to see the ruins of Carthage where there is a ancient amphitheatre where in the Summer there are concerts and other entertainments.
