The Iberostar Creta Marine Hotel offers 5 pools (3 outdoors, 1 indoor and 1 children's). There is direct access to the hotels two private beaches and numerous activities with the hotel entertainment team. The hotel offers table tennis, archery, tennis (tennis school), aerobics, hairdressers (in the Iberostar Creta Panorama), sauna, fitness room, massage, jacuzzi, beauty and health treatments.

Guests can enjoy delicious buffets in the main restaurant with show cooking and there are three theme nights a week. The hotel offers an a la carte specialities restaurant and snacks are served from morning to evening in the Snack Bar and Taverna.

All guestrooms have modern furniture and there are double rooms, family rooms and suites in the main building and in the bungalows. The colour scheme is Cretan and the comfort is typical of an Iberostar group.

The All Inclusive programme consists of early breakfast (5 am to 7 am), American breakfast (7.30 am to 10 am), lunch (noon to 2 pm), dinner (6.30 pm to 9.30 pm) and late arrivals dinner (10 pm to 1 am, cold buffet plus soups / cold plates in the room) and all are served in the main restaurant. Late breakfast is available at the snack bar (10 am to 11 am) as is lunch (noon to 3 pm) and afternoon tea (4 pm to 5 pm). The Thalassa Restaurant offers a themed dinner once a week (with reservation) and a gala diner (with reservation) and is open from 7 pm to 1 am 6 days a week. There are a v variety of hot snacks available at the Thalassa bar from 10 am to 6 pm.

The All Inclusive drinks include soft drinks, draught beer, house wine by the glass, hot beverages (espresso, cappuccino. decaffeinated coffee), cocktails, long drinks and spirits (local and international) served at the lobby bar from 5 pm to midnight, the pool bar from 10 am to 6 pm, the disco from 10.30 pm to midnight (6 days/week), the Ouzo bar from 10 am to 6 pm and the Thalassa bar from 10 am to 6 pm. Guests can also enjoy a mini bar that contains 2 soft drinks per person, 2 bottles of water, 2 beers, 1 fruit basket and a bottle of Iberostar house wine.

The All Inclusive sports programme includes table tennis, volleyball, beach volleyball, water polo, aerobics, step aerobics, yoga, water gym, darts and non lit tennis courts.
