The complex is located between Paphos Harbour (approx 8km) and Coral Bay (approx 4km), just 50-metres from the nearest beach.
Paphos International Airport is approximately 23 km from the resort of Coral Bay.
Facilities
The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool with surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers and umbrellas, children's playground and a poolside snack bar. There is also an a la carte restaurant, a tennis court, billiards, table tennis and a fitness centre with sauna, hot-tub, Hammam, indoor pool and massage service.
Guest services include 24-hour reception desk with currency exchange service and safety deposit box rental. In addition there is a laundry service (local charge), gift shop, free WiFi throughout, babysitting (on request, with charge), free private parking and luggage storage.
Rooms
Theo Sunset Bay comprises of 72 apartments of which 36 are junior suites (studios) and 36 are one bedroom suites. Some suites are specifically designed for those with disabilities, on request basis.
Studios and one bedroom apartments are equipped with an open plan lounge with kitchenette (fridge, oven, cooking utensils), air conditioning and heating, twin or double beds, private bathroom with bath or shower, TV with satellite channels, direct telephone line, safe deposit box (charged locally), free WiFi, hairdryer and a balcony or terrace.
One bedroom apartments have a separate bedroom and living area with sofa bed.
