The apartments offer a swimming pool and sun-terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds free of charge, satellite TV is available in the lobby (46" screen) and a games area with pool table and table soccer. There is also a snack bar and a mini-market.

Guest services include 24hr reception, internet access, currency exchange, car hire and parking.

Rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, air conditioning (local charge), safe deposit boxes (local charge), bathroom/shower, kitchenette and a balcony or terrace.

There is a bus stop in front of the complex with a regular local bus service to the centre of Agios Nikolaos or Elounda, the beaches (Elounda or Agios Nikolaos) are less than 10 minutes drive away. Distances to Elounda is 4km and Agios Nikolaos is 5km.
