The complex consists of 12 studios (2-3 persons) and 9 apartments (2-4 persons) and come equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning (payable locally), direct dial telephone, in room safe (payable locally) and a balcony or terrace.

The complex is set in the quiet tourist area of Daratso - Agii Apostoli, and just two and a half miles from the town centre which can be reached by bus and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Only 150 metres away are the award winning beaches of Agii Apostoli, as well as Glaros beach, while Kalamaki beach and Chrissi Akti (Golden Beach) are located 250 metres and 350 metres away respectively the property.
