Hotel facilities include three outdoor swimming pools, children's pool, table tennis, giant chess, children's club for ages 4-12yrs and a teenagers club for those 12-16yrs, as well as a children's playground, tennis court and private beach with water sports centre. The hotel Spa and Wellness Centre features a fitness room, hammam, steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi, 14 treatment rooms and its own indoor pool.

Dining options at the hotel are Iliades Restaurant for buffet breakfast and dinner, Pool Deck Restaurant for lunch or coffee, cake and sandwiches, Varkarola Taverna for a'la carte lunch and dinner, as well as 24hr room service. The hotel also has four bars; the Rodian Bar, Waterfall Lounge Bar and two Pool Bars.

All rooms are provided with air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini-bar, hairdryer, in-room safe, en-suite bathroom, slippers bathrobe and a balcony or terrace.

Room types include Hotel rooms and Bungalows which sleep 2-3 adults with one person on a sofabed. Family suites, which have two floors with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room with sofa bed and additional bathroom downstairs, maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Junior suites have a separate bedroom and living room, while the Rodian suite has two floors with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, both suites accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Finally Elite suites, which have their own reception and breakfast area, and additional facilities such as tea and coffee making facilities, large LCD screen TV and CD/DVD player, some suites have the addition of a private pool (max 3adults or 2adults & 2 children).
