The Roca Nivaria Hotel offers a pool, children's pool, 2 floodlit tennis courts, paddle court, volleyball court, billiards, fitness, archery, giant chess and a mini club. There is a golf and putting green (tee times can be booked in advance at special rates) and the hotel offers an International entertainment programme for all guests. There is a new Wellness and Spa Centre.

The hotel offers 5 excellent restaurants (main buffet restaurant, pool restaurant, a la carte restaurant, Spanish and Italian), 3 bars (Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and Piano Bar) and a disco.

The hotel comprises of 205 twin guestrooms, 6 superior twin guestrooms, 41 junior suites, 38 suites and superior Suites. All of the guestrooms benefit from luxurious bathrooms, hairdryer, bathrobes, direct dial telephones, air conditioning, satellite TV, music channels, mini bar, safety deposit box and balcony or terrace.

Roca Nivaria Hotel is located right in the centre of Playa Paraiso where guests will find shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is within easy reach of the complex.

Playa Paraiso is approx 34km from Tenerife South Airport and approx 91km from Tenerife North Airport.

Room Only

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals water, soft drinks, beer and house wine are served. The 2 a la carte restaurants (Spanish and Italian cuisine) are available to guests.

Snacks (hot dogs, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, chips, etc) are available at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as whisky, brandy, soft drinks, juices, mineral water, coffee, etc are served between 10.00-23.00.
