Facilities include a swimming pool (heated in winter), with children's section, complimentary sun loungers, changing rooms, parasols and towels by the pool, poolside snack bar and children's playground.

The studios are combined with living room and bedroom. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Bed linen is changed twice a week.

The hotel is located 1.5 km from Playa del Ingles beach (complimentary bus service runs to the beach), 500 m from the city centre, 400 m from "Metro" and "Kasbah" shopping centres, 30 km from the airport and 50 m from a bus stop.
