The hotel is located 1.5 km from Playa del Ingles beach (complimentary bus service runs to the beach), 500 m from the city centre, 400 m from "Metro" and "Kasbah" shopping centres, 30 km from the airport and 50 m from a bus stop.

Facilities include a swimming pool (heated in winter), with children's section, complimentary sun loungers, changing rooms, parasols and towels by the pool, poolside snack bar and children's playground. Also within the complex is a bar, hairdresser's salon, restaurant (located in Riu Papaya), laundry service, floodlit hard surface tennis court, table tennis, billiards and table football (local charges may apply).

All rooms are equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, central air conditioning, kitchenette, satellite TV, music channel, in-room safe (additional charge), balcony, 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (except studios). The studios are combined with living room and bedroom. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Bed linen is changed twice a week.
