The hotel has a swimming pool, childrens pool and sun terraces, poolside snack bar, gardens and a rooftop sun deck overlooking the sea. The restaurant offers show cooking and theme nights and there is also a bar.

The spa and wellness centre has a sauna, steam room with ice shower, turkish bath, relaxation room with phototherapy, a hot tub, indoor pool, salt cave pool, tanning cabins and numerous body and facial massages and treatments.

There are a wide variety of facilities to use including a gym, bowling alley, table tennis, games room with playstations and internets points, darts, billiards and mini golf.

There is an extensive entertainment programme and tri weekly there are shows in the evenings for your enjoyment. Services available include 24 hour reception, internet access, tourist information, babysitting, laundry and parking.

The hotel has 219 double rooms, some have carpet and others are tiles, they all have satellite TV, telephone, bathroom, fridge, chargeable safety boxes and a balcony to enjoy the views from.

This resort lies in the south of the island 30km from the airport in the east of Gran Canaria. The hotel is located in the heart of the resort just a short walk from the Playa de las Burras and Playa del Ingles beaches.

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:15), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the air conditioned main restaurant (ground floor, capacity of 350 pax). Pizzas & snacks like hot dogs, hamburgers, sandwiches, fried eggs & chips, portion chips, chicken, salads, sausages, schnitzel, escalope, spaghetti, etc are available between 10:30 & 15:00 at Safari bar/pool bar. Ice cream is offered from 11:00-21:00. Afternoon tea & coffee with cakes are served from 16:00-17:00. Locally & international alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, coffee, aperitifs, beer, cocktails, spirits, gin, vodka, rum, whiskey, brandy, liqueurs, long drinks, wine (white, rose, red), sangria and sparkling wine are available from 10:30-24:00 at the bar Safari which is situated in the public area on the ground floor, next to the reception and to the dining room.
