The Dream Gran Tacande Hotel offers 2 swimming pools (including a lake style pool), children's pool, sun terraces, sun beds and parasols, pool bar, tennis courts, squash courts, gym, whirlpool, sauna, solarium, massage and 24 hour reception. There are 2 restaurants, a piano bar and the hotel provides entertainment most evenings.

The hotel offers the SPA Vitanova - this include many therapies, relaxation treatments and pampering sessions for a local charge. The SPA also has an indoor pool, the use of is charged locally.

Breakfast buffet and evening meal in the Zurron restaurant opens from 08:00 until 10:30 and from (18:00 till 22:00 in winter and from 19:00 till 22:30 in summer) for all guests, including a generous selection of freshly squeezed tropical fruit juices, freshly baked bread, delicious local and international cheeses, yoghurts, cereals and fruits in addition to bespoke grilled specialties.

Lunch and afternoon snacks, served between 13:00 and 16:00 in the Mediterranean themed Restaurant Bocana.

A la Carte dining, 24 hour room service and fully-stocked mini-bars (extra charge) ensure quality time with tropical cocktails and gastronomic delicacies.
