On-site facilities include 24hr reception, internet point, laundry service, doctor in house, room service (local charge), TV and meeting room. In addition there is a hairdresser and beauty salon, car rental service and a mini-market. The hotel also provides an entertainment programme with organised activities during the day and shows in the evenings.

Wining and dining options include a lounge bar, cocktail bar, main restaurant, Italian beach snack bar, choice of restaurants including Chinese, Arabic, Greek/BBQ and sushi cuisine, as well as a choice of poolside bars.

Guests have a choice of six outdoor swimming pools which are surrounded by sun terraces furnished by sunbeds and parasols. There is also a long waterslide and a childrens pool with octopus slide.

Further leisure facilities include a fitness centre with gym, sauna, steam bath, massage service and jacuzzi as well as a mini-club, childrens playground, table tennis, tennis court, beach volleyball and mini beach football. A choice of watersports are available at the beach (for a local charge).

The hotel consists of a total of 220 guest rooms which are spread between 13 buildings, room types include double/twin rooms, superior rooms, family rooms and maisonettes.

Family rooms and maisonettes are able to accommodate either 3 adults plus 1 child or 3 adults plus 2 children.

The All Inclusive programme includes all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests may also dine at one of the a'la carte restaurants prior to reservation, sushi restaurant and lobster dishes have extra charges.

A variety of snacks are available throughout the day, and ice cream is served between 10.30am and 9.30pm.

A selection of locally produced alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are served with lunch and dinner, and at various bars between 10.30am and midnight.
