The villa features a large open-plan living area with kitchen separated by a breakfast bar, there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Outside the villa has a 8x4m private pool with terrace and lawn areas, sun-loungers and a stone barbecue.

Facilities include TV, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue, FREE cots and air conditioning in the bedrooms (subject to a charge, payable locally).

Situated 1.5km from the nearest supermarket, bar and restaurant (uphill in Peyia village), the beach and resort centre of Coral Bay are approx 4km away.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
