All studios sleep 2-4 guests and come equipped with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and telephone. Air conditioning is available on request (payable locally).

Set just a few minutes walk from all the non stop nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants and next door to the best Japanese restaurant in Ayia Napa. Limanaki Beach is just a 15 minute walk away.

Larnaca airport is approx 45km from the resort of Ayia Napa.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
