Facilities at the Royal Mayan include swimming pool with children's section, sun terrace with loungers, poolside snack bar, children's playground and club, hairdresser, spa featuring sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, massage and health treatments and entertainment for adults and children. Sporting activities include bicycles, table tennis, beach volleyball, gym, tennis, diving, aqua aerobics and snorkelling.

There is also 2 hour reception, money exchange, Internet access, laundry facilities. gift shop, jewellery shop and car hire available at the hotel. There is a total of 10 restaurants and 5 bars within the Royal Resort family featuring a range of food such as Italian, Caribbean and Mexican.
